Our Fenugreek is grown in the wider district of Kasur, Punjab, by a collective run by a local horticulturist, who has a distinct passion for growing heritage seeds to preserve the purity, and integrity of natural regenerative farming. Special care is given to the selection of seeds provided to the farmers for planting, the growing practices, and the cleaning and processing of the final product and spice itself. The resulting crop is a delight to the senses!

Suggested Pairing: fish, red meat, beans, peas, spinach, potatoes, rice, tomatoes, lemon, lime, turmeric, coriander, chili, black kalonji, and cumin.

Benefits: Hormone regulation manifests as increased milk production in nursing mothers and testosterone increase in men. Other benefits include an increase in digestion and body fat reduction. May also be supportive of iron deficiencies. 

In Ayurveda, fenugreek seeds are used to pacify Kapha (earth) and can increase Pitta (fire). It is a warming astringent herb used to increase digestion and treat stomach disorders.
