Our rock salt is left extremely chunky in order to display its variety of vibrant colored salt crystals ranging from garnet red and tourmaline pink to crystal clear.

Mined directly from Khewra where it is extracted in boulder form, then crushed, sifted, and ground to specification. Uncut with less expensive table salts, this salt is pure Khewra Salt and contains no fortifications and anti-clumping agents.

Benefits: Relieves respiratory issues. High in potassium, magnesium, calcium. 

In Ayurveda, this cool spice is best for all dosas when it is more on the pink side.
